Remote Desktop CredSSP encryption Oracle remediation Registry Error Fix

This error occurs when we try to initiate a RDP connection from an un patched workstation.
the temporary fix is to disable network level authentication in target system from RDP properties tab.
You can permanently fix this by running the below command in elevated command prompt .


  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System\CredSSP\Parameters
